    It has been learnt through information gathered under RTI Act, 2005 that: 1. I was charge sheeted vide Board letter No. 16507 dated 19-9-2000 and penalized for Rs. 9031/- vide Chief Executive order dated October 5, 2006 and I had submitted appeal against this decision but till date no information was given and it was presumed that I was released from the baseless charges because I had justified my points in the replies submitted because then Clerk and Assistant was hold guilty and no alternative left at the level of me being in Supervisory capacity, to believe and trust on the subordinate staff deputed by the Board, to assist me for proper functioning. 2. No allegations proved against me for embezzlement of Rs. 32,000/- and I am not aware about the recovery of Rs. 9031/- from my pay and no consent was given by me for recovery from my pay. Now this is shocking information for me and I feel humiliate and helpless that how senior officers can apply double standards?, hence it is humbly requested to please allow me to explain in person and appeal against Chief Executive order dated 5-10-2006 may kindly be considered condoning delay being innocent.
