IMPORTANT NOTES (1) ELECTRONIC IGNITION SYSTEMS - The electronic output from an electronic ignition system i far higher than that cbained from conventional ignition systems. itis therefore recommended that service personnel and aperators take all possible precautions st ceceiving an elecrial shock from any part of te system. This is partcultly important for persons having a medically-implanted heart pacemaker and for those who have, or suspect ‘that they have, a heart condition. This operation is only carried out after the pump hes been stopped, It will allow the valve seal to be rised above the volute discharge pot and enable ‘wate to drain past the valve from hoses and dry risers.
