HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

As Human Resources Executive you are accountable to manage and operate the entire HR function of the company. You are responsible to oversee the administrative functions of HR and Corporate Office; administrating employee recruitment, orientation, termination, payroll, records, satisfaction levels, health and safety and government compliance and ensure the process is carried out in the most effective manner. You will be developing and maintaining a team of people from diverse backgrounds. You should monitor and ensure support services are provided to all employees. Act as an ambassador, motivator and solution provider for all employees. Skills and Competencies Degree in HR or Management Administration. Minimum of three years experience in HR. PC skills (Thaana, Word, Excel, Corel Draw) and knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications. Possess good communication skills in both Dhivehi and English. Leadership within a diverse workforce and portray high level of professionalism and integrity. Strong organizational skills, punctual, reliable and team oriented. Able to deal with people in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner. Capable of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of the organization. Prioritize and effectively manage time and tasks in the best interests of the company. Proactive and able to execute long term projects and programs effectively. Take initiatives and is excellent in accuracy and attention to detail.
