How did you feel about the student who did have a star? Are there things in real life that we use as stars? Have you ever felt like a plain belly? A star belly? What ale some things you can do to prevent someone from feeling like a plain belly sneetch? Then I would talk to the student about how they see this in effect in reallife. I would also incorporate the different cultures of my class.
