Third Party Recruiter Information Please be advised that Highmark Health and its subsidiaries and affiliates work

with a small group of preferred general staffing and executive talent agencies who have been selected as a result of an intense screening and evaluation process by our Talent Acquisition team. These agencies maintain a close relationship with our internal Talent Acquisition team, who then engage the respective agency on a search when necessary. The agencies with which we currently have agreements are very knowledgeable of our industry and are considered to be strategic partners to the organization. We assess the agencies on our preferred list annually, typically towards the end of the calendar year. All agency contracts are renewed annually and are valid for one year unless otherwise terminated. If you would like to be considered as a potential future preferred agency, please contact us via e-mail at talentacquisition@highmark.com. Include information on your firm as well as the primary point of contact for your agency. Please note that providing this information only identifies you as a potential vendor and does not qualify you as an approved vendor. This policy applies to Highmark Health and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Highmark Policy for Third Party Recruiters All agencies must have a Master Recruitment Agreement signed by the appropriate authorized officer in order to be placed on the preferred list and to receive payment for a placement. Verbal commitments from any other member of Highmark Health or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries are not authorized or binding. No placement fee will be paid for any resume that is not submitted pursuant to a binding agreement. It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting/supplemental staffing agencies to know and understand this policy. Any questions may be directed to talentacquisition@highmark.com.
