MILITARY EXEMPTION FOR THE WASHINGTON ONLINE COURSE- FIELD EVALUATION

MILITARY EXEMPTION CLAIMED?

I.D. DD2-14 Letter

Beginning July 26, 2009, members of the U.S. military who have a valid military identification or Form DD2-14 are exempt from the skills portion of the range evaluation session. You must send your Washington State Exam Certificate, a copy of your DD2-14, or military I.D., or a letter from your company commander on letterhead stating you are an active member of the armed forces, and this completed form to WDFW Hunter Education Program at 600 Capitol Way North, Olympia, WA 98501-1091.
