About: This course prepares students with knowledge and skills of pickle ball, speedball, ultimate Frisbee/disc golf,

and lacrosse. For each activity, students will learn histories, rules, skills, skill progressions, and sport specific team strategies. Directions: Take time to look over every website provided, answers will be obtained through the reading of the websites and resources.
