MAHARASHTRA VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002.
No. VAT.1507/CR-55/Taxation-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 42 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 [Mah IX of 2005], the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. VAT-1505/CR-105/Taxation-1, dated the 1 st June 2005, as follows, namely:- In the SCHEDULE appended to the said notification, in entry 3, in column (4), under the heading Composition Amount, after clause (1), the following clause shall be inserted namely: - - "(1A) at the rate of 6 per cent for the retailers whose at least th of the turnover of sales of goods is of drugs covered by the entries 29 and 29A of SCHEDULE C appended to the Act.
