General Data A case of BMT, 40 years old female, married, Roman Catholic, High School graduate working as a housewife presently living in Balingasa, Highway waterfall, CDOC. The patient herself is the source of information 97% reliability.
History of Present Illness The patient complained of hypogastric pain, a localized stabbing pain felt with severity of 9, occurred abruptly anytime of the day, aggravated when patient ate oily and fatty foods, used of excessive bodily movements, and when menstrual period occured. Temporarily relieved by sitting, relaxing, less use of bodily movements, omitting to eat oily and fatty foods, as well as when patient took Mefenamic acid. Sought consultation when patient was unable to bear the pain any longer.
