Though the special theory of relativity does not allow the existence
of the galaxies beyond the Hubble Radius owing to their speed
being greater than c yet there is reason to believe that there are
indeed galaxies that exist beyond the Hubble radius.

The string theory, which asserts that our universe is one space
time bubble among an infinite host of other parallel universes , is
one such theory that supports the hypothesis that galaxies exist
beyond the Hubble Radius. Theorists call it a multiverse.

Another theory known as dark-flow, though highly contested, also
supports the existence of such galaxies. It substantiates their
existence owing to the streaming of galactic clusters in the same
direction at immense speed, which might be potentially triggered
by the intense gravitational pull of massive structures beyond the
observable universe.
