3 cans Coconut Milk 1 cups sugar 3 sugar bananas cut in half 1 Taro cubed 1 Sweet Potato cubed 1 cup Tapioca Pearls 1 cup Glutinous Rice flour mixed with cup water and formed into balls
Boil Coconut milk and sugar. Add in Taro, Sweet Potato and Bananas Halfway, add Balls. Cook until slightly thickened. When Taro and Sweet Potato are soft, add the pearls. Enjoy hot or cold!
