After listening to the panel discussion, reflect on what effective practices your program currently offers in of PAL. -How do you successfully support student success? -How do you know your practices/programs are successful? -How are you collaborating with other learning assistance programs/professionals on your campus?

Identify themes that came out of the pair discussions Hear from PAL facilitators specifics about their programs -What challenges have they overcome? -What strategic collaborations have they formed?

Networking Opportunities
Based on challenges and strategies you have heard, create a personal ad for your program. -Highlight your successes. What is your program doing well that might inform others? -What are you looking for? Represent challenging areas to guide colleagues with relevant information to share information.
