Please provide us by the following information required for the above mentioned project:

1. Construction cost per square meter for 4 stars hotel for Rooms, Parking, Front of House
and Back of House. In case of the unavailability of these information, please provide the
normal Construction Residentional cost for a Ground + 5 building.

2. Cost of room rates per day in 4 stars hotel during summer and winter.

3. Renting cost per square meter inside the hotel for Shops and specialized Restaurants.

4. Renting cost per square meter for Showrooms of 2000 m2 , attached to the mentioned
4 star hotel.
