Brainstorming

One of the most significant aspects of the voices that are being overheard as a part of the
discussion is the regard to which they are being held. The degree to which the individual voices
for health care reform are fairly minor in their individuality, but voices whom hold regard as
being a collective or communal voice, such as business owners and government officials carry
more weight in the effort to achieve reform. Additionally, many of the voices that are expressly
heard, are merely in the contention for a plan that works, rather than one that is perfect, and this
helps bring clarity to the root of the issue, in that the plan itself is good-intentioned; however,
specific details remain to be worked out that detract from the plan's overall beneficence.
In general, those voices whom must be conveyed are those who do have an impact on multiple
individuals, such as business owners, large or small. Predominantly, corporations whose
employ is necessary to meet the job demands of the populace are at risk due to the changes by
the ACA largely because of the system-level changes that modify the existing coverage of
employees, and certain aspects of coverage are subject to further modification.
