This parameter contains free-format billing and/or charging characteristics; we require the following
sequence of parameters within freeFormatData:
- Application ID [1]
This parameter contains the Application ID value to identify the Application. It is 2 octets
long decimal value in the range of 0 to 65535.
- Calling Party Number [2]
This parameter contains the Calling Partys Number address signals. It is of variable length.
The encoding is based on ITU ISUP Calling Party Number parameter (address digits
portion) according to the CAP2 standard. For MO this parameter contains the
CallingPartyBCDNumber address digits. For MF this parameter contains the
OriginalCalledPartyID or RedirectingPartyID address digits. For MT this parameter
contains the CallingPartyNumber address digits or blank if a CallingPartyNumber is not
received.

- Destination Routing Address [3]
This parameter contains the destination Routing Address. It is of variable length. The
Destination Routing Address contains the Called Party Number address signals. The
encoding of the Called Party Number address signals is based on ITU ISUP Called Party
Number parameter (address digits portion) according to the CAP2 standard. For MO this
parameter contains the translated B-number/called party number. For MF this parameter
contains the translated C-number/called party number. For MT this parameter contains the
called party number.
