ABSTRACT
Richy Wilian, Development of Multimedia Packages Learning In
Choosing Technical Material Subject of XI Grade Tekniaka Kapal
Penangkap Ikan (TKPI) SMKN 3 Pariaman.

The purpose of this research is to produceing a learning model such
a valid, practice, and effective Multimedia Packages Learning in Choosing
Technical Material Subject. This research was based on limitation of
learning sources and difficulty of Choosing Technical Material Subject to be
received by students which cause many of them has not enough final point
based on minimal graduated criteria. The purpose of this model
development is to fasilitating the student to be able understanding Choosing
Technical Material subject by a packages learning which can be accessed by
using computer, and providing electronic source which can be use anywhere
and anytime without teacher.
Kind of this research is a development by using IDI Model
(Instructional Development Institute). This model is developped by four
steps. They are needed analysis, designed, evaluated, and revised. To
knowing validity, practicality, and effectivity of this product, the researcher
did validation test by expert, one to one evaluation, small group evaluation,
and field test by looking learning activities and result of students learning.
This product has been validated by two experts. They are content and
construct validity. This step has received good responses from teacher in
order to see products practicality. Further more, this product has been
tested to 22 students of Teknika Kapal Penangkap Ikan (TKPI) to know
effectivity level.
The result of this research showed Multimedia Packages Learning in
content and construct aspects are valid. Practicality by teacher is practice.
Multimedia Packages Learning is effective to help understanding of students
in Choosing Technical Material. Point result of all students upper from
minimal graduated criteria that is 70. Based that data can be conclused that
Multimedia Packages Learning is valid, practice, and effective. We hope
this model can be refference in learning with more development.
