Campus Improvement Plan

Goals
1). To increase student receiving AA in reading in STAAR 15%
a. Implement intensive data driven tier 1 and 2 interventions

b. Create formal and informal assessments and data tracking
c. Hold professional developments to increase content capacity in teachers

2). To increase student receiving AA in math in STAAR 15%
a. Utilize assessments to determine students operational grade levels

c. Data tracking systems for teachers and students

3). Implementing computer training, curriculum coaching and STAAR coaching to help parents support
their student
a. Various parent involvement activities
