Provided technical and marketing consulting services for the analysis, media, and
account service departments of a mid-size full service advertising agency serving
fortune 500 companies. I conducted a comprehensive market research project on all
leading database, CRM, ERP, analytical, and modeling vendors. I reported key
findings and provided recommendations to senior staff leading to successful
implementation of best practices for customers.

Developed, implemented, and optimized a $500,000 online media plan consisting of
banner advertisements, direct emails, and search engine optimization. This included
tracking and analyzing results in a 3 stage approach; modifying creative, content, and
segmentation strategies, we consistently increased the clients ROI over time.

Managed the marketing & advertising for a non-profits membership, public advocacy,
and youth divisions. This included managing the design, copy writing, traffic, web and
production departments in the creative process from inception to fulfillment. We
developed collateral materials, print ads, brochures, email advertisements, and we
redesigned the organizations web site driving advocacy and increasing membership.

Improved a non-profit clients marketing process utilizing best practices in campaign
development and execution. At the beginning of my assignment no effort had been
made to coordinate marketing activities into a coherent campaign and no effort had
been made to analyze results. I implemented a system of collaboration between
internal departments and a system of tracking and optimizing results over time leading
to a more efficient use of marketing dollars.

Provided the federal government with program development, implementation, and
management of continuity of operations (COOP) plans and programs. COOP is the
program utilized to relocate the government in the event of a catastrophic event like a
terrorist incident. I developed the emergency communications strategy including
message content, segmentation, and channel optimization. Additionally, we
measured program efficacy utilizing surveys and feedback mechanisms optimizing
educational campaigns over time.

Implemented an ERP management information system for a multinational steel
processing clients startup plant in Mexico. I managed sub-contractors and vendors in
accomplishing project objectives including the implementation of Sage ACCPAC. This
included writing technical documents, procedures, and manuals, performing Q & A
analysis, and training the clients employees.

Provided technical and marketing consulting services and support to Microsofts
AdCenter. I created, implemented, and optimized the clients search engine marketing
campaigns in coordination with Microsofts Search Media Strategists. We increased
conversion, improved branding, and drove traffic to online and physical business
locations. Additionally, we increased ROI through an improved utilization of the clients
marketing budget.
