I. Explanation: What specific knowledge, skills, and belief systems
do I have that demonstrate my competence for this PL!"
The reflections for my teacher in charge, and activities that I did with the children in
the classroom shows me that there is always room for more improvement. I believe
that as a teacher, I shouldnt ever stop learning or trying to improve on my skills.
The code of ethics done in CHD !"# has given me the ethical skills to consider in a
situation with the classroom. I believe it is important to consider the safety of the
children in the classroom first. It is also important to consider the other staff, the
families of the children in the classroom, and their beliefs, and the community. I
believe these code of ethics should be followed in the classroom.
II. #rowth: $ow do these artifacts demonstrate my growth in
knowledge and skill!
I have shown growth in my knowledge in my curriculum activities and teacher in
charge reflection, by showing that I can not only plan activities but also recogni$e
areas that need to be changed and improved upon by myself.
I have shown growth with the code of ethics by showing that, when solving a
situation in the classroom, the code of ethics should be considered.

I will continue to reflect upon the aspects of a classroom I am apart of. I will change
and adapt my plans and activities in the classroom as needed. There is always room
for improvement.
I will improve my knowledge of the code of ethics by, continuing to review them and
consider the principles and ideas while in the classroom.
