Battery Safety Instructions

EXPLOSION HAZARD! Never recharge nonrechargeable batteries, short-circuit and / or

open batteries. This can cause them to overheat,
burn or burst. Never throw batteries into re or water. The
batteries may explode.
Switch the appliance to the OFF position
before inserting the battery.
Use only the battery type recommended for this appliance.
Insert the battery correctly into the battery compartment,
observing the correct polarity (+ and ).
Check battery regularly for signs of expiry.
If you disregard these instructions and advice, the battery
may discharge beyond its minimum voltage, thus increasing
the chance of leakage. If the battery leaks, remove it from
the device immediately to prevent the device from being
damaged!
Check regularly that the batteries are not leaking.
Leaked or damaged batteries can cause chemical
burns if they come into contact with the skin; in such
cases you must wear suitable protective gloves.

Remove battery if appliance is not used for long periods.

Alkaline battery recommended.
Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
An exhausted battery is to be removed from the appliance.
The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
Inserting the battery
Press against the marking on the narrow side of the battery

compartment cover 3 until you feel a resistance. This releases the tabs from their openings.
Pull o the battery compartment cover 3 .
Insert a 1.5 V
type C battery (see Fig. B).
Note: Insert the battery into the battery compartment and
ensure that the polarity is correct. To do so, please refer to
the picture in the battery compartment.
Close the battery compartment by pressing the battery
compartment cover 3 carefully on to the battery compartment again until you hear and feel the two tabs engage.

How to put it into operation

Put the garment onto an even and clean surface.

Take o the protective cap 8 .
Switch the device on by sliding the ON / OFF switch 1
into position I and guide the gliding part 7 using
repeated, light, circular movements over the surface of
the item of clothing.
Always make sure not to apply pressure. In that way the fur
and knots are shaven o and are kept in the fur container.
Note: We recommend that you do not operate the device
for more than about 2minutes in one session.
Cleaning
Before cleaning the device always switch it o, pull o the

protective cap 8 and the slide attachment 7 , open the
battery compartment cover 3 and remove the battery 2
and the cleaning brush 4 from the battery compartment
cover.
ATTENTION: When removing fur remains be careful
not to damage the crop blades 6 .
The u container 5 should be emptied regularly!

and empty it. The u container 5
should never be more than 3/4 full.

remains.
Never put appliance in water for cleaning.

Only clean with a damp cloth.
Keep the appliance dry.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials,
which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of
the product properly when it has reached the end of
its useful life and not in the household waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours
can be obtained from your local authority.

They may contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment rules and regulations. The chemical

Sigurnosne upute
za baterije

OPASNOST OD EKSPLOZIJE! Ne punite

nenapunjive baterije nikad ponovno, ne spajajte
ih ponovno i / ili ne otvarajte ih. Isto bi moglo

Ako je baterija iscurjela u ureaju, smjesta je izvadite, kako

bi sprijeili oteenje ureaja!
Redovito provjeravajte baterije na nepropusnost.
Iscurijele ili oteene baterije mogu u sluaju
dodira nagristi kou. Stoga u takvom sluaju obvezno nosite prikladne zatitne rukavice!
U sluaju dueg nekoritenja, izvadite baterije iz ureaja.
Preporuuje se alkalijske baterjie.
Ne rabite baterije, koje se moe puniti.
Ne punite normalne baterije ponovno.
Molimo otklonite prazne baterije iz ureaja.
Ne spajajte prikljune polove zajedno.
Umetanje baterija
Pritiskajte oznaku koja se nalazi na uskim stranama baterijskog kuita 3 , sve dok osjetite otpor. Otpustite spojnice
iz njihovih otvora.
Otklonite poklopac baterijskog kuita 3 .
Umetnite bateriju od 1,5 V tipa C (vidite prikaz B).
Uputa: Umetnite bateriju sukladno ispravnoj polarnosti
u baterijsko kuite. Za to vodite rauna o prikazu unutar
baterijskog kuita.

Zatvorite baterijsko kuite 3 , na nain da oprezno pritisnete poklopac baterijskog kuita ponovno na baterijsko
kuite, sve dok obje spojnice osjetno i zvuno zaglave.
Stavljanje u pogon
Poloite odabrani komad odjee glatko na plosnatu i istu

podlogu.
Otklonite zatitni poklopac 8 .
Ukljuite ureaj, na nain da gurnete sklopku za
UKLJUIVANJE / ISKLJUIVANJE 1 na poloaj I i vodite
klizni nastavnik 7 laganim, krueim pokretima neprestano
preko komada odjee.
Vodite rauna, da pri tome ne rabite preveliku tlanu silu.
Na taj nain se odrezuju sitni konii i vorovi i sabire ih se
u spremniku za vlakance.
Uputa: Prekoraenje vremena pogona od cca. 2minute
nije preporuljivo.

1. Spremnik za vlakance 5 : Povucite spremnik za vlakance
5 u smjeru strijelice OPENOTVORITI (vidite prikaz C), te
ga ispraznite. Spremnik za vlakance 5 smije biti samo do
3/4 pun.
2. Reza 6 :
Oprezno skidajte reza 6 .
Ispuite ostatke vlakanaca,
obriite ili otklonite pomou
priloenog kista za ienje.
Za ienje, ne uranjajte ureaj nikad u vodu.

Obriite samo sa vlanom krpom.
Skladitite ureaj uvijek na suhome mjestu.

Otklanjanje otpada
Omot se sastoji od materijala koji ne ugroavaju
okoli i koje moete ukloniti preko lokalnih mjesta za
reciklau.
Zbog zatite okolia, ne bacajte Va istroeni proizvod
u kuni otpad, ve ga predajte strunom zbrinjavanju. Informacije o sabirnim mjestima i njihovom
radnom vremenu moete doznati kod Vae nadlene opine.
Oteene ili istroene baterije potrebno je sukladno smjernici

2006 / 66 / EC predati sustavu reciklae. Vratite baterije i / ili
ureaj preko ponuenih sabirnih ustanova.

Baterije se ne smije uklanjati zajedno s kunim otpadom. Iste

mogu sadravati otrovne teke metale i obvezno ih je uklanjati

n caz de nerespectarea indicaiilor, bateria se poate descrca n afara tensiunii ei nale. Atunci apare pericolul
scurgerii. Dac bateria s-a scurs n aparatul dvs., scoatei-o
imediat pentru a mpiedica deteriorarea aparatului!

Introducerea bateriei
Apsai pe marcarea de pe prile nguste ale capacului

compartimentului de baterii 3 pn cnd, simii o rezisten. Desprindei astfel clemele din oriciile lor.
Ridicai capacul compartimentului de baterii 3 .
Introducei o baterie de 1,5 V de tipul C (vezi g. B).

Indicaie: Introducei bateria respectnd polaritatea

(+ i ) n compartimentul de baterii. Pentru aceasta respectai imaginea din compartimentul de baterii.

Einleitung
Machen Sie sich vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme mit

dem Produkt vertraut. Lesen Sie hierzu aufmerksam
die nachfolgende Bedienungsanleitung und die Sicherheitshinweise. Benutzen Sie das Produkt nur wie beschrieben
und fr die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche. Bewahren Sie diese
Anleitung gut auf. Hndigen Sie alle Unterlagen bei Weitergabe
des Produkts an Dritte ebenfalls mit aus.

Dieses Gert wurde nur fr das Entfernen von Fusseln, Kntchen
und Flusen von Kleidungsstcken oder Polstermbeln entworfen.

berprfen Sie die Batterie regelmig darauf, ob sie

ausgelaufen ist.
Bei Nichtbeachtung der Hinweise kann die Batterie ber
ihre Endspannung hinaus entladen werden. Es besteht
dann die Gefahr des Auslaufens. Falls die Batterie in Ihrem
Gert ausgelaufen sein sollte, entnehmen Sie diese sofort,
um Schden am Gert vorzubeugen!
Prfen Sie die Batterien regelmig auf Undichtigkeit.
Ausgelaufene oder beschdigte Batterien knnen bei Berhrung mit der Haut Vertzungen
verursachen; tragen Sie deshalb in diesem Fall
unbedingt geeignete Schutzhandschuhe!
Entnehmen Sie bei lngerer Nichtbenutzung die Batterie
aus dem Gert.
Alkalische Batterie empfohlen.
Verwenden Sie keine auadbare Batterie.
Laden Sie normale Batterien nicht wieder auf.
Entfernen Sie die leere Batterie bitte aus dem Gert.
Schlieen Sie die Anschlusspole auf keinen Fall kurz.

Batterie einlegen
Drcken Sie gegen die Markierung an den schmalen

Seiten des Batteriefachdeckels 3 bis Sie einen Widerstand spren. Lsen Sie so die Laschen aus ihren nungen.
Ziehen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel 3 ab.
Legen Sie eine 1,5V Typ C Batterie (siehe Abb. B) ein.
Hinweis: Legen Sie die Batterie unter Beachtung der
Polaritt in das Batteriefach. Beachten Sie dazu die Abbildung innerhalb des Batteriefachs.
Schlieen Sie das Batteriefach, indem Sie den Batteriefachdeckel 3 wieder vorsichtig auf das Batteriefach drcken,
bis die beiden Laschen sprbar und hrbar einrasten.

Inbetriebnahme
Legen Sie das gewnschte Kleidungsstck glatt auf eine

ache und saubere Unterlage.
Nehmen Sie die Schutzkappe 8 ab.
Schalten Sie das Gert ein, indem Sie den EIN- / AUSSchalter 1 auf die Position I schieben und fhren Sie
den Gleitaufsatz 7 mit leichten, kreisenden Bewegungen
immer wieder ber das Kleidungsstck.

Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie keinen Druck ausben.

Auf diese Weise werden die Fussel und Kntchen abrasiert
und im Flusenbehlter aufgefangen.
Hinweis: Wir empfehlen, eine Betriebszeit von ca.
2Minuten nicht zu berschreiten.
Reinigung
Vor der Reinigung immer erst das Gert ausschalten, die

Schutzkappe 8 und den Gleitaufsatz 7 abziehen, dann
den Batteriefachdeckel 3 nen und die Batterie 2 sowie
den Reinigungspinsel 4 aus dem Batteriefachdeckel entnehmen.
VORSICHT: Flusenrckstnde sehr vorsichtig entfernen,
um die Schermesser 6 nicht zu beschdigen.
Der Flusenbehlter 5 sollte regelmig geleert werden!
1. Flusenbehlter 5 : Ziehen Sie den Flusenbehlter 5 in

Pfeilrichtung OPEN ab (siehe Abb.C)
und entleeren Sie diesen. Der Flusenbehlter 5 sollte nie mehr als 3/4
voll sein.

2. Schermesser 6 :
Schermesser 6 vorsichtig abziehen.

Flusenrckstnde wegpusten, abwischen oder mit beiliegendem
Reinigungspinsel entfernen.
Gert zur Reinigung niemals in Wasser tauchen.

Nur mit feuchtem Tuch abwischen.
Das Gert immer trocken lagern.

das Gert ber die angebotenen Sammeleinrichtungen zurck.

Umweltschden durch falsche

Entsorgung der Batterien!
Batterien drfen nicht ber den Hausmll entsorgt werden. Sie

knnen giftige Schwermetalle enthalten und unterliegen der
Sondermllbehandlung. Die chemischen Symbole der Schwermetalle sind wie folgt: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Quecksilber,
Pb = Blei. Geben Sie deshalb verbrauchte Batterien bei einer
kommunalen Sammelstelle ab.
