Interviewer : Good Morning
Applicant : Good Morning, Miss
Interviewer : Im Head Human Resources Dept in here, you can call me Mrs.Kyka. So,
could you introduce your self?
Applicant : Sure, my name is Nadya Nur Syabani but you can call me Nadya. Im
24 years old. Graduated from University of Indonesia in 2015 majoring in hospitality. I
started my career as in Supervisor Restaurant in Hotel Shangrilla. I work in for 2 years.
And now Ive been looking for a job.
Interviewer : Why you left the company before?
Applicant : I left the company before because, I want to try another challenge with a
higher level, and I want have a lot experience with the new environment.
Interviewer : What is your experience in this field?
Applicant : I think, I had been a Supervisor Operational , so I already know a lot
about the General Manager Operations. that isnt much different from as Supervisor.
Just only responbility will be much greater.
Interviewer : How do you know that our company is requires employees?
Applicant : I get the information from the daily Kompas newspaper last saturday
Interviewer : What do you know about this company? And tell me why you choose this
company as you work place?
Applicant : The company works in the field of Food & Beverage, receive the best
graduates with higher levels of employment. I am also interested and choose this place
apart because, I love the world of culinary and I know that this company also
frequently held training and give the opportunities to overseas for the best employess.
Interviewer : Can you explain why our company should hire you?
Applicant : Ive foreign language skills, Ive experience in the field of be a
leadership, Ive been able to work as individuals or team, I also can run the job with
discipline, can control myself and working according to the rules.
Interviewer : Okay, I think its enough. I will confirm you as soon as possible.
Applicant : Thankyou so much. Nice to meet you.
