That no house shall be erected on any part of the said land at a cost

all times over and along the land coloured blue on the said plan".
NOTE:-The land coloured blue referred to is tinted blue on the title
plan in so far as it falls within the land in this title.
4 (07.03.2013) The land is subject to the rights granted by a Deed dated
1 March 2013 made between (1) Steven Ian Smith and Linda Jane Higgs (2)
Coventry Building Society (3) John Rupert Allen Chawner and (4) Bank of
Scotland.
