Year 5 and Year 6 visit to see Alice in

Wonderland

Dear Parents/Carers,

As a number of our children are taking part in the upcoming performance
of Alice in Wonderland at Billingham Forum Theatre, we will be taking our
Year 5 and Year 6 children to watch the show..

The trip will take place on Monday 30
th
June 2014. The children will be
leaving school at 9:15am and will be back at school for lunch time.
Children should wear their school uniform.

We would ask for a voluntary contribution of 3.50 per child to cover
the cost of the theatre ticket. Unfortunately, if we do not receive
enough money via such voluntary contributions, the trip may have to be
cancelled. The school is paying the cost of the coach for this visit with
the support of our PTA, Friends of Ingleby Mill.

Please sign and return the consent slip below and send all monies to your
childs class teacher in a named envelope by Friday 27
th
June 2014.
