Redesigned whole group math lectures into universal design for learning math stations of
6-7 students
Conducted math stations that allowed for multiple means of representation and
expression (i.e. pencil and Daily Math Journals, whiteboards, Smart Board interactions,

Student taught in a first grade project-based learning classroom of 25 students once per
week.
Designed math, literacy and project stations for groups of 5-6 students.
Implemented math stations weekly- including: Fraction Pizza activity and craft,
Marshmallow Geometry construction exercise, Measurement Hunt practice, and
Shape Patterns cut and paste activity.

of the dollar bill and coins. Created a mocking a store where the students had to calculate
a money total and create a receipt.
Integrated the use of technology via Bitstrips for Schools, allowing the students to create
a comic strip for comprehension of Enemy Pie by Derek Munson.
