This involved emails between team members to comment on their progress to date and also submit their work to enable the team to provide help if necessary. n online meeting was also conducted on the 1!"#"1#. $uring this meeting the team discussed how our individually written parts of the assignment would come together as one. %e decided that the best option would be to have completed drafts of our tasks by &1"#"1', which would then be combined to allow each team member to review and comment prior to the end of mid(semester break. This would then allow enough time to work on the presentation. The team also talk about the options to record the presentation, where it was decided that we would trial PowerPoint recording during the mid(semester break to ensure there was enough time if an alternative was needed )*riffith +lackboard,. The reliability of internet references on -teve .obs was discussed, in particular articles. The *riffith /niversity library resource centre was suggested as a reliable source for articles and the team have also shared 0ournals through file e1change on the group page at 2earning3*riffith and also via email. )*rrent Assignment +ss*es 4n the initial planning meeting held &#"'"1#, the team decided to aim for a draft report by %eek 5, to then be completed by %eek 6, which would allow for our presentation to be developed and recorded prior to the due date in %eek 7. 8owever, the team is still continuing to prepare the first draft of the report, which is anticipated to be completed during the mid(semester break. Other issues encountered included confusion over which theories needed to be covered, for e1ample was it the theory from the lecture, readings or both. lso, it was not known whether comment was needed about all the theories, even those not relevant to our 9ngineering 2eader.
