Facts:
Cabrera files a disbarment complaint against Atty Agustin on the ground of
immorality after the latter enticed her to have carnal knowledge with him making her
believe that they are married civilly.

In a long line of cases, the Supreme Court held that it is a continuing requirement
for a lwayer to have good moral character.

immorality violative of his good moral character.
Hence, such conduct calls for a disciplinary action on the part of the Court.
