    Dearest Daddy & Mommy,

    I think of you with LOVE today,
    As I do so often..
    And feel the ache
    That never seems to completely go away.
    Especially today, on your 48th Wedding
    Anniversary, I pray
    Just to let you both know,
    Life is lonely without you.
    And how we miss you so.
    No one knows the heartache,
    Or what your parting cost.

    However, I am more consoled to note,
    That this would be the FIRST time after 42
    years,
    You will be celebrating this day TOGETHER
    again!
    We celebrate your marriage today with
    THANKFULNESS in our hearts
    For the Gift of having you as our loving
    parents!
    Thank you for all the LOVE and CARE.
    Today, celebrate this special occasion
    happily together.
