    Praise be to God!

    As a yearly commemoration of the Holy Saints during the feast of each barangay, we
    must also acknowledge the impact of such festivities to our environment. With this we
    humbly ask for your support in echoing the provisions of the City Environment Code or
    E-Code to the members of the Catholic Church. May we all please be guided, especially
    with the fiesta banners or banderitas, to use ecofriendly materials such as colorful
    fabrics instead of plastic or other plastic derived resources.

    We truly believe that your good church could help us impart (to all Christians) the City
    governments aim to a greener and healthier environment.
