    Captain Gary Brannen at the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Wayne and Ronald “Peter” Rogers have spent most winters in and around your community since the early 70’s. They stay at RV parks and sell antiques and collectables at Webster and other area flea markets. Friends and family stated that they stayed in RV parks in Bushnell, Lake Panasoffkee, and Kissimmee. They also parked their RV at the home of Vernon & Gertrude Fall 6339 Oakton Dr Brooksville, FL 34602 Family members report that the Rogers have hired young boys to help with the flea market business in New England. Some of these boys, now grown men, are believed to have been sexually assaulted by one or both men. NO SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIMS ARE WILLING TO MAKE A POLICE STATEMENT AT THIS TIME. The only known victim in FL is Jeff Rogers. See attached statement. These men traveled pretending to be father and son. The truth is that R P Rogers was the landlord of the Nichols family in the 60’s. He hired young Wayne Nichols for odd jobs. He described to Jennifer Fountain how he sexual assaulted young Wayne in his family home while his wife and children where out. Betty Lou Rogers discovered the sex abuse and divorced R P Rogers in 1973. Betty Lou and daughter Laurie report that R P Rogers was disappearing for months at a time with young Wayne during the time leading up to the divorce. These disappearances where believed to be trips to FL. At some point in the mid 70 Wayne together with R P Rogers dummied up documents to change his name from Nichols to Rogers. The two men then stayed together as lovers and sex predators for life. Alan Horn
