All even rows (Row 2 - 16): Repeat foundation
row.

Fringe (Optional)
Cut fringe 11 inches long (approximately two
skeins required for fringe). Holding two pieces
of fringe together, bring ends together. Join
fringe at fold to each cast on or bound off
stitch with a slip knot and a crochet hook.
Lay afghan out flat and trim fringe to uniform
length.
