Target and applicable scope

In order to control risk during realization process, explicit risk analysis requirements and risk assessment
ways and steps. For major risk emergency plan, control it in acceptable level. The plan is made for all these
reasons.

Suitable for risk assessment and management of products delivery and quality and manage emergency plan.

R&D center, purchasing department, manufacturing department, inspection center are responsible to identify,
analyze and assess risks on products quality and delivery. And take some measures to control risks in acceptable
level.

HSE department is responsible to supervise and make risk control measures workable and assess the effects of
risk control.

Every unit should identify delivery and product quality risks according to risk analysis plan compiled by HSE
department.

According to risk factor identification result analyze risk factors adopting JHA method.

Note: Work risk analysis method: Choose one activity from operation event and divide it to some sections.
Identify each section potential risk factors and then decide risks level and make control measures.

Persons taking part in assessment job should rank possibility and aftermath and figure out key and important
risks.

whether the risk can be accepted or not.

detected and have happened for many times.

Once happed, the accidents can be detected immediately, monitored


periodically and executed effectively. Or the accident has ever happened.

Have sufficient, effective precaution and controlling, monitoring and


protecting measures. Or workers have highly quality awareness and can
execute rules and regulations strictly. Accident has happened rarely.
