CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

PART I: GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Conditions of Contract, Part I: General Conditions shall be those forming the
Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works
designed by the Employer- General Conditions, first edition 1999, , prepared by the
FIDIC(Fdration Internationale des Ingnieurs-Conseils - International Federation of
consulting Engineers). These Conditions are subject to the variations and additions
set out in Part II hereof entitled Conditions of Particular Application.
