Regarding the Second Gas Redelivery Point (2
nd
GRP) Project, detail
engineering has recently been completed by PV Gas Project Management
Company. All detail design documents were reviewed both by Uhde Shedden
(Australia Pty Ltd.) and subsequently by NCSP; and all comments have been
appropriately cleared.
To progress to the next project phase, PV Gas as the Owner would like to seek
your approval for the detail design of the Project. For your consideration, the
following is attached herewith the detail design documents which were
reviewed/verified initially by Uhde Shedden and subsequently by NCSP, and
revised accordingly;
Notes: The procedures for Tie-in activities, Pre-commissioning and
Commissioning activities will be submited later on.
For your reference, one set of the detail design documents (earlier version)
that were reviewed by Uhde Shedden is also attached.
We respectfully request the NCSP Owners consensus on the detail engineering
of the Project. Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact
