At the same time melt the chocolate over a bowl oI hot water on the hob. Crush the biscuits (not too Iine) and add them to the butter etc in the saucepan. Press into a greased and lined tin (approx 7) and press down evenly. Cover the top with melted chocolate, spread quickly, mark into sections and leave to set Ior about an hour.
