Need for Same Level Terrace from Utilities point of view:

1. The Water lines are to be routed along the parapet wall. There is no continuous wall available
for routing as there are two level of terrace.
2. This increase the length of the pipe and the no. of fittings such as elbows, couplings. Which in
turn increases the frictional losses which reduces flow?
3. In case the terrace is at same level more place will be available for placement of solar panel.
