Blaine County School District 2012-present

I am currently employed full time as a special education
Paraprofessional in the Behavior, Academic, Social Education
(BASE) elementary level program. I provide assistance and
and support in all areas of the BASE program to a group of
identified and qualifying students ranging in grades 1-5. I help
plan and implement social skills activities, differentiated curriculum,
and behavioral interventions. I also provide support in general
education classrooms when that location has been identified as a
students least restrictive environment.

Design and fabricate home and gift items for wholesale and retail
sales out of my custom fabric Sun Valley Toile. Home interior
sewing for private clients and interior designers.


Blaine County School District 9/1/97-5/1/99

Was a personal paraprofessional for a boy with autism and another boy who
had learning disabilities during their 5th and 6th grade years. Worked
alongside them throughout school day and worked with core teachers and
specialists to modify curriculum to their needs and to focus on necessary
life skills. In 6th grade I was the primary person modifying their lesson
plans after meeting with teachers and learning specialists for stated
objectives. Helped with projects in and out of class.

Primary chairside dental assistant during all dental procedures,
expanded duties which included temporary crowns, x-rays,
impressions, sealants. Responsible for all inventory and purchasing
of supplies, surgical assistant when oral surgeon was on site.
Responsible for all sterilization and quality control of instruments
and operatories. Patient education, assist dental hygiene staff when
needed, assist reception staff when necessary with filing, insurance,
billing. Communicate with patients regarding treatment and
treatment plans, post operative care.

Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch 6/11/86-9/25/86

Chefs assistant, housekeeper, groundskeeper, hostess, waitress. Assist
guests with guide services, transportation. Setup and serve for all
weddings and special events on resort property.

which included temporary crowns, x-rays, impressions, sealants. Dental
Department Quality Assurance representative. Surgical assistant to
department head on all trauma cases, which included ski accidents,
car and motorcycle accidents, and various other emergency dental trauma
and cosmetic reconstruction cases.
