Wow! what a challenge to my nascent theory
that whatever an artist does reflects his
creative motivations.
On the other hand maybe these theories are
confirmed by this admission. If in the lexicon of
human responses we can equate freeze with
being terrified which is what we do.
I might suggest bewilderment as an
alternative for there seems to be less of the
erotic involved and a more controllable
fascination.
If flowers were more actively aggressive
human being should be terrified .
