Termite Protection -Install termite system/s to protect the new build and new/old interface areas. Consider extending
the system/s to cover the entire residence
BCC and Authority Compliance - Comply with all conditions of the Development Approval and of the Building
Approval/Certification, as well as requirements of any other authorities having jurisdiction over the build. Comply with
all relevant Codes and Aust Standards. Seek approval form BCC for any plumbing or drainage works involved in the
carrying out of the build.
External Timbers - All external boarding, framing and other miscellaneous timber elements to be seasoned and of
durability class 1 - spotted gum or ironbark species
Boundary Setbacks - Ensure built to the north boundary construction remains within the property, including footings.
