This is A Notice of Lien, whereas the ABC TRUST has interest and establishes a lien on real property, and personal

Walk Unit 21 [Atlanta, GA 30303] and more particularly described as follows,

For satisfaction of claim which became due on APRIL 16, 2012,

Whereas, the undersigned records this claim of lien in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Fulton County,
Georgia, the county where the property is located, and certifies that the owner has been sent a copy of this notice of
lien by certified mail no.

This claim of lien expires and is void 395 days from the date of the filing of the claim of lien if no Notice
of Commencement of Lien Action is filed in that time period.
