1.

My name is Melanie, and today I am going to share with you some fun facts and some
suggestions I have about what I Love, which is

2. The Happiest Place on EARTH Disneyland!......... How many of you have been to
Disneyland? .

3. To avoid the long wait times for rides, the best time to visit Disneyland is definitely
during weekdays in the off-season, when school is in session.

4. For the greatest overall experience, stay at the Disneyland Resort Hotel, this will allow
you access into the park an hour earlier than the general public.

5. Disneyland was built in 1955, it is its own City, with a City Hall, fire station, bank and
post office where you can send a postcard, that will have the DISNEYLAND Mark on it.

6. When you enter through the gates make sure and get a Disneyland Park Guide. This
has useful information; such as parade times; character appearances; dining
reservations and ride closures.

7. The first thing you want to do is exchange your US Currency for Disney Dollars. They
can be used for tender throughout the park, AND, they make great souvenirs.

8. If youre celebrating a birthday or something special, go to City Hall, you will get a pin,
and when cast members or characters see that pin they congratulate you. You may
even receive something special.

9. Stop by one of the souvenir stands and pick up an autograph book. You can collect
signatures from the characters throughout your day. Make sure and bring it each time
you visit the park.

10. During your visit in the park, make sure and look for the HIDDEN Mickey images,
there is one in each ride and throughout the park for a total of 558 of them.

11. After the park closes, it is reported that there are over 200 cats that are released to
roam the Park grounds in an attempt to control the RAT population. (No Pun Intended)

12. The sexy portrayal of Jack Sparrow affected women that when a cast member
was in character signing autographs, women tried to hump him, gave him panties and
notes with naughty offers.

13. ITS A SMALL WORLD, built in 1964 as a tribute to the Worlds Fair IS THE MOST
POPULAR Ride in the Park with the LONGEST RIDE time.

14. If you ride the MARK TWAIN RIVERBOAT, ask a cast member if you can visit
the wheelhouse to steer the boat with the captain, you will be entered into a book
as an honorary driver.

15. If you have ridden the splash mountain ride and you go to check your picture and
it says that the image is unavailable , it means someone in the boat has either
flipped the camera off or flashed it.

16. If you like to spin really fast, the TEACUP RIDE in Fantasyland is just for you, it is
reported that the plain purple teacup is the fastest one.

17. If you are interested in watching the parade, make sure to reserve your space on
the parade route early, this makes for a perfect break for you and your family to
gather together.

18. This is when the cast members sell souvenir balloons. The best thing is if your
balloon pops just bring it back to the cast member and they will replace it with a new
one for you.

19. Under the 147 ft. Matterhorn, is a basketball court where cast members shoot
hoops, and underground basements where cast members take breaks and change in
and out of costume.

20. It is rumored that the Haunted Mansion has been closed down and HAZMAT crews
have been called to clean the attraction because families have scattered loved ones
ashes in there.

21. On Main Street, if you look at the window above the fire house, it is Walt Disneys
old apartment. You will see a candle in the window. This is always lit in his memory.

22. Hope that you have enjoyed my presentation of The Greatest Place on Earth
