Findings and Conclusions

Flavorite has a strong brand presence at home and regionally. It has an opportunity to expand by
exporting internationally to the Caribbean diaspora living abroad. Although there are issues that can be
encountered in terms of financial and production capacity, management has committed to this venture.
The establishment of an export department to handle this new venture which will reduce any additional
costs and deal with queries on a timely basis. The company has also made strategic plans to expand
operations to deal with the new orders such that output will not be affected. Flavorite has the necessary
skill and competitive advantages to make this venture successful while implementing measures to
reduce uncertainties that will arise.
