INSPECTION REPORT
The Cooperative Development Authority prepared this INSPECTION REPORT, all
information presented in this INSPECTION REPORT is based on the documents of the
Cooperative presented to the Agency, these include audited financial statements, reports,

general information sheet and other information obtained that are believed to be reliable
acquired from on-site inspection, scrutiny of books and documents to be kept, and interview
from cooperative employees and officers. The Cooperative Board of Directors, officers and
management had the responsibility of the submitted reports and safekeeping of the books and
documents.
This INSPECTION REPORT is CONFIDENTIAL in nature and shall be for the information
and scrutiny of the Board of Directors/ Management ONLY of the cooperative mentioned
herein below.
