1.0 Opening Speech

Chairperson greeted and thanked the Companies DepartmentManagers for attending
the meeting.

2.0 Discussion about advertisement which is done by Miss Fatin Wahida. She suggested
to make banner and bill board along highway, but Miss Ng Sim Yin did not agree, she
gave the reason because its expansive, the other members agreed with Miss Ng Sim
Yim proposal. Mr Iqbal gave suggestion that banner should be tied at airport and
other tourist accommodation and attraction area. The members gave suggestion
banners should be put at Pasar Payang, Taman Tamadun Islam and Pantai Batu
Burok. Ailin suggested that the banners should be placed at the bus station as well.
Fatin added that they also need to distribute flyers about the promotion to their
branches in Johor and Kuala Lumpur.
3.0 Discussion about the raw materials was conducted by Mrs Ang and she proposed that
they can make their own souvenirs and costumized them to improve their financial
income
