9. Examine and explain 4 factors that can affect the outcome of treatment of both diseases.
10. Compare what support is available for individuals with your 2 chosen diseases, locally and nationally. Support can be from health professionals, Voluntary workers or local and national groups
11. Compare that support to any other CD/NCD diseases.
12. Identify work related issues and problems both diseases can cause.
13. Demonstrate you have used extensive research sources by including material you have found, quoting from health promotion information, quoting from professionals you may have spoken to and referring to your appendix.
PART D.- Evaluation of the strategies for the prevention of the disease and factors that might affect them (17 marks)
