Subject: Injustice and harassment of Naresh Kadian regarding.
Sir,
Kindly refer to the baseless three charge sheets issued to my husband Naresh Kadian, working as
Technical Supervisor (Leather), Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board, Panchkula, placed
under suspension for no reasons, substance allowances are also not released, as per rules, during
suspension period, neither his efficiency bars was crossed on 15-12-2009 nor annual increments
along with ACPs are granted, violating your office instructions, where as he has replied along
with all evidences and proof to drop all baseless three charge sheets.
Now with out his request, my husband was asked to appear before the Board of Director on July
17, 2014 and I came to know that Board prepared agenda, to dismiss my husband from the
service because heading of the agenda item was to punish Naresh Kadian, where as irrelevant
materials were placed and circulated amongst all members with out the consent of Chairman,
which proved the biasedness of then Chief Executive of the Board Shri Ashok Sangwan, IAS,
who was totally biased and failed to perform his official duties because CE is fully competent to
decide the matter of all three baseless charge sheets, where as appeal of my husband is pending
before the Chairman of the Board but these biased officials are in hurry to punish my husband
with out any fault and giving opportunity to explain his position in person before the Chairman
and CE of the Board.
It would be pertinent to mention here that explanation of said biased IAS officer Ashok Sangwan
may kindly be called to approve the agenda with many objectionable and irrelevant materials for
BoD meeting dated July 17, 2014.
It is further requested to please direct all concerned officers, to consider my husband replies
against all baseless three charge sheets, to drop the charge sheets, sanctioning leave on medical
grounds, his efficiency bars may kindly be crossed and ACPs may kindly be granted along with
all annual increments with the promotion to the post of Development Officer (Leather).
