stopped a Female for DWI that had severe front end damage to her
car after inquiring about the damage she told Wilmer she hit
something near her house. Deputy found two properties were she
ran through the fence, Deputy wrote up two offense reports for

“duty upon striking”, neither property wanted to prosecute. Info
was forwarded to Wilmer PD.
