AND NOW, upon consideration of the Plaintiffs Amended Motion for Attorney's Fees
and Cost ("the Motion"), and there being no objection thereto and the court finding that the
requested attorney's fees and costs are reasonable,
It is hereby ORDERED that:
1. The Motion is GRANTED.
2. The Plaintiffs' counsel. Regional Bankruptcy Center of SE PA, P.C, is awarded attorney's
fees in the amount of $31,560.60 and costs in the amount of $32.00. This award is payable
by Defendant Gennaro Rauso only.
