Sub : Payment of residual 50% of the 3
rd
instalment of 20%
arrear in connection with revision of Pay structure under
UGC Pay Revision Scheme of Principals, Teachers,
Librarians, Assistant Librarians and equivalent grade of the
state-aided non-government colleges including erstwhile
sponsored colleges.

In continuation of this Departments memo No. 851-Edn(CS) dated 12.12.2012, the
undersigned is directed to say that the Governor has been pleased to agree to release
the remaining 50% of the 3
rd
instalment of 20% of arrears for the period from
01.01.2006 to 31.03.2009 (remaining 80% being borne by the Government of India) in
favour of Principals, Teachers, Librarians, Assistant Librarians and equivalent grade of
the State-aided non-government colleges, including erstwhile sponsored colleges.
This order issues in exercise of power delegated under Finance Departments memo No.
622-B dated 01.08.2013.
