WTW Administrators oversee student and teacher registration, student attendance, snacks, parent
issues, and other logistics during the two-week Writing & Technology Workshop.
DemoLab Coordinators organize pre-workshop planning meetings and facilitate instruction for
participating teachers during the two-week DemoLa. !athy is shifting the deriefing and
ookstudy to the leadership team at each grade span. "he has also een leading a pre-WTW
ook study of the te#t. "o far we have had two meetings at her house and will proaly have
two more. "he can give you the attendance at those meetings.
WTW Curriculum Coordinators attend pre-workshop planning meetings$ they lead grade-span
teams who plan curriculum and present lessons for students during the two-week Writing &
Technology Workshop, and they help to facilitate deriefing sessions with oserving teachers.
These teachers will have the additional responsiilities of leading ooks studies and daily
deriefing rather than facilitating them. %ost are meeting in the pre-WTW ook study group.
WTW Technology Coordinators attend pre-workshop planning meetings$ they lead grade-span
technology teams who plan and present curriculum in computer las during the two-week
Writing & Technology Workshop, and they ensure that work gets pulished to our wesite.
WTW Assistant Coordinators work closely with either &urriculum or Technology &oordinators$
they are very active collaorators who assist with curriculum planning, lesson presentation, and
deriefing with teachers.
WTW Curriculum Consultants assist the main program coordinators at a two-week workshop.
They generally plan and present at least three lessons during the two-week workshop.
WTW Team Leaders oserve our coordinators and mentor a group of students to learn how our
programs work. They sometimes collaorate to plan and present lessons, and they always
participate in deriefing sessions.
WTW Technology Observers oserve our Technology &oordinators, assist in the las, and
mentor a group of students. They sometimes collaorate to plan and present a lesson, and they
always participate in deriefing sessions.

District Technology Specialists are sometimes needed to assist with hardware and software
issues at computer las.

Student Coaches are teen volunteers who assist with recordkeeping, photography, workshop
anthologies, and wesite pulication. 'ach coach receives a ()* honorarium.
