ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

This is to acknowledge receipt by the undersigned Mario Buglosa, of legal

age. Filipino, married and a resident of Feeder road I, Sto. Tomas, Davao del
Norte, Philippines of the amount of twenty five thousand pesos only ,
Philippine currency, from Ariel Degorio, likewise of legal ages, Filipino, married
and a resident of RPG Homes feeder road 3, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte,
Philippines, as a consideration of the mortgage of a real property concerning a
portion of HOUSE situated of Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, consisting an area
of 300 square meter more or less. A period of between 18 months started
from July 28, 2014 to July 28, 2016. The said amount will be returned only
after the end of given period of years which is agreed of 18 months.
